WHAT HAPPENS?
We take you diving! If you have a short time frame or want to try diving before committing to the course, Discover Scuba Diving is an introductory experience that allows you to see what diving is all about!

WHATS INVOLVED?

  • An introduction and explanation of the basic principles and theory behind diving
  • Dive briefing and skill development session with an Instructor
  • 2 Instructor led guided dives
  • Discover Scuba Diving certificate (this credits towards your open water course)

HOW MUCH AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
The price is $225 and includes:

  • 1 day tuition
  • 2 guided dives
  • PADI DSD certificate

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED AND WHEN DO I START?
Discover Scuba Diving is a day experience and can be conducted any day of the week that you choose. It is a full day with some knowledge development in the morning and diving in the afternoon, generally you will be at the dive centre from 9am until 5pm.

WHERE DO WE GO?
The knowledge development portion of the course is conducted at the Dive Centre. We then go to one of the following dive sites at Clovelly pool, Bare Island, North Bondi or Gordon's Bay a description of all the dive sites can be found at our diving in Sydney page.
