On the Saturday the 26th Natalie, Sean and Michael began their Enriched air Nitrox course aboard “Scubaroo”. The conditions were perfect: flat sunny and great visibility. All three divers were able to experience the great advantages of using nitrox one of them being that their bottom times were extended by more than 20minutes :) . After completing two dives on the day, they obtained their Enriched air certifications, WELL DONE guys!!! Keep up the great work!

Cheers from Ebbony and all the team at DCB

A huge congratulations to Jim, Barbora, Mark, Ludo, Anne, Ben and Michael – last weekend saw them become  PADI Advanced Openwater Divers! Throughout the weekend we worked on, amongst other things, team contact/positioning, situational awareness and buoyancy. Significant improvements were made and the whole team righty earned their qualification. We dived in Gordon’s Bay, Camp Cove as well North Head off the boat, and had the opportunity to see a bunch of wildlife including, Weedy Sea Dragons, Port Jackson Sharks and beautiful transparent squid on the night dive. Indeed many said the night dive was the best dive they had ever done!

Well done to all and congratulations again. Tim and I both look forward to getting back into the water with you again soon.

Deep down you want the best training you can get. A fun weekend was had on the Deep diver specialty at some of Sydney’s best dive sites. Coupled with the Enriched Air Specialty we learnt the techniques for safe fun deep diving. Congrats to Ernst and Sam on a well completed course. (That counts as two specialities toward Master Scuba Diver :)

See you soon for some more diving

Cheers from Brendan & Team DCB
