Congratulations to last weeks PADI Open water course graduates. The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular entry level diving certification. It qualifies you to dive independently to a maximum depth of 18 meters (60 feet). PADI is the world’s largest diving training agency, and your Open Water certification will be recognized throughout the world.

These students completed their Open water training with us over three days with the theory completed online prior to inwater training.

2012 kicked off with a big class of 12 joining the ranks of PADI Open water Divers- Well done to the team that finished with us last Wednesday!!

Our Open water course will continue running twice a week through summer both on weekends and weekdays. The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular entry level diving certification. It qualifies you to dive independently to a maximum depth of 18 meters (60 feet). PADI is the world’s largest diving training agency, and your Open Water certification will be recognized throughout the world.

This weekend saw 5 new divers complete their Open water diver course and Start their diving adventures!! Dives were done at camp cove and also Gordons Bay where the divers got to see Sting rays, octopus, Wobbygong sharks and Big Blue groupers for the first time! Well done to Kate, Sally,Mitch,Ash and Antoine on passing the course we look forward to taking you doving again soon! All the best Ebb, jim and Team DCB!

Congratulations to our newly cerified Open water divers, Roberto, Georgie, Amy and Terri. We were lucy to hav some lovely weather for the course, completing dives in Sydey harbor and Shelly beach,  Great dives were had with some curious groper, rock cod, catfish and a chunky crested horn shark.  A fun series of dives where the mask clearing skills which were crucial for Terri and Georgie, seeing as they couldn’t stop laughing underwater!! It was a great three days and congratulations to four great divers. See you on the Advanced course!
