Open water Course December 4th 2011

This weekend saw 5 new divers complete their Open water diver course and Start their diving adventures!! Dives were done at camp cove and also Gordons Bay where the divers got to see Sting rays, octopus, Wobbygong sharks and Big Blue groupers for the first time! :D Well done to Kate, Sally,Mitch,Ash and Antoine on passing the course we look forward to taking you doving again soon! All the best Ebb, jim and Team DCB!

PADI Open Water Class 30th Dec

This week saw the completion of our last Open Water class for November. A big congratulations to group you did a great job! We thoroughly enjoyed taking you for your training dives in Sydney Harbor and Gordon’s Bay. We look forward to seeing beck soon for more dive adventures with DCB :)

The PADI Divemaster Course will transform you into a leadership level diver. As a Divemaster you will be able to work as a diver and get paid to go diving! Working closely with a PADI Instructor, in this program you expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills to the professional level. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers. PADI Divemaster is the prerequisite certification for both the PADI Assistant Instructor and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certifications.

 

PADI Advanced Diver

Congratulations to the guys that completed the PADI Advcanced Diver certification this weekend. Well done!!! The PADI Advanced Open Water Course “Adventures in Diving” program is the next step beyond the Open Water Certification. The aim of this course is to expand on your knowledge and skills gained in your Open Water Course, and to develop more confidence to broaden your diving horizons. The course involves 5 adventure dives spread over 2 days. To qualify as an advanced diver you must complete a deep dive (to 30m / 90 feet) and a navigation dive. You must also complete 3 or more adventure dives. Our program includes a dive focused on buoyancy control, environmental awareness and a boat dive.

Open Water Diver Course

The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular entry level diving certification. It qualifies you to dive independently to a maximum depth of 18 meters (60 feet). PADI is the world’s largest diving training agency, and your Open Water certification will be recognized throughout the world! Congrtulations to the gang that completed the course with us last weekend. We look forwrad to seeing all soon for the next step :)
