Tonga Vava’u Trip August 2008
WOW! What a trip. We spent 10 nights in the Vava’u Island group in the Kingdom of Tonga. We enjoyed 9 dives, sailing , bush-walking and much more. But the highlight of our trip was definitely swimming with the majestic Humpback Whales. We had several swims with mothers and there calves and were privileged to see loads of breaching and surface action. The Whales are in Tongan waters from July through to October.
